Arik Air is known for constantly delaying their flights with little or no information to their passengers. What ever happened to passenger rights?
A group of Arik air passengers departing from the Murtala Muhammed airport protest after getting stranded for three days without any supervision or proper updates on the status of their flights from the Arik air management staff. The passengers went crazy and decided to shut down the departure gate.
