It's a season for home buying for the Jenner family. Things are looking up for Bruce Jenner. The Olympic decathlete-turned-Keeping Up with the Kardashians
star, who suffered a serious setback recently when he was involved in a
car accident that left one woman dead, recently scored on a sweet real
estate deal in Malibu, California.
Bruce is confirmed to have purchased this
four-bed, three and half-bath home situated on a mountaintop in Malibu, boasting
360-degree ocean, mountain, and canyon views over 11 acres. Not too
shabby, when you’ve been locked up in Kardashian-land for decades.
The
3,500-square-foot home includes a covered patio, pool, spa, and a
downstairs area that could be used as a gym by the gold-medal winner.
Seeing as the average listing home price in this ZIP code is
$5,220,453, it looks like Bruce got a bargain: his new crib cost the
low-low price of $3,575,000. By those standards, it’s a steal. More photos of the new home after the cut.
Bruce has since been cooperating with the police during the investigation, and word is that he stopped filming his new reality show following the deadly crash.
Luckily, family friends say that Bruce has all the support of his “K”-loving family. And now, this beautiful new spot to call home."Brody and Brandon both helped him with his move," a source says, adding that his sons have been more than supportive.
