Sad news! I've just confirmed from trusted sources that Akeem Sodeinde, the owner of popular Movida club in Victoria Island Lagos has died today (May 10th). Akeem has been struggling with diabetes and kidney failure, It was reported last month that his health had deteriorated after he arrived from India and the United Kingdom where he had gone for medical treatment. It would be recalled that Movida has since been left in the hands of his younger brother to run.
