‘Scandal’ star Kerry Washington took home the Best International TV Actress Award at the 2015 Glamour UK Awards in London, England on Tuesday. Kerry slays on the July cover of Glamour magazine, wearing dark lipstick and a canary yellow frock to go along with the canary yellow theme made trendy by Rihanna at the Met Ball 2015.
