The Butcher and The Bridge: A Tale of Love, Hope & Triumph in War Showing at the Muson Center on October 3rd & 4th

A young couple toiled every day from the crack of dawn to the going down of sun. They struggled each day to make ends meet and build the future they hoped for. Every time they were faced with a struggle they shrugged it off with a smile, a song, and the comfort of their love. This happiness they found in the love they shared.

Then a terrible war happened, and the land they lived in was captured and they were taken prisoners. In chains they were sent to a region to work under a merciless warlord who ruled with an iron grip. Soon were separated…Will they find their way back to each other? Will the depth of their love cover all the pain and sufferings?

The Butcher and the Bridge tells of a heartfelt and inspiring tale of love, faith, fate and triumph in time of troubles and war. A tale of happiness and joy in the time of war, the faith of the love filled one that triumph over so many odds. It will draw tears from your eyes, make you laugh at moments of joy, smile at moments of hope, draw you into a circle of tippy tap dance and leave you breathless.

This powerful dance and musical tale of electrifying singing, fire dancing and awe inspiring acting by 150 Spirit of David dancers, singers and actors will be played out on the historic stage of Muson Center.
