Kylie Jenner Donates Gifts To Children’s Hospital In Honor Of 18th Birthday

Kylie Jenner kicked off her 18th birthday festivities on Friday with a charitable trip to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
The reality star, whose milestone birthday is Monday, visited the medical center to deliver gifts to patients. Posing with a cart filled with overflowing goody bags, Jenner wrote on Instagram, “Let the birthday celebrations begin! First stop: @childrensla.” The teen met with sick children, handing out her “care packages.”

The bags reportedly contained everything from health-minded candy to Beats headphones, and even socks from brother Rob Kardashian’s fashion line. According to Us Weekly, Jenner also joined the kids for some arts and crafts, making friendship bracelets, and gave each child a disposable camera to capture the fun. And the star is no stranger to Children’s Hospital LA, as she earlier gave out Christmas gifts there with boyfriend Tyga last December.

It’s unclear what else Jenner has planned for the days leading up to her birthday, but sister Kendall is apparently bracing herself. The 19-year-old posted an Instagram photo earlier Friday showing a woman with her dress pulled up, exposing her butt. “Weekend vibes #KyliesTurning18ImScared,” she captioned the snapshot.

Jenner is expected to have an official birthday bash at a Montreal venue later this month. “Kylie Jenner takes advantage of Canadian drinking age with plans to celebrate her birthday in style at Beachclub,” the locale’s owner said in a press release last week. For at least a few hours on Friday, though, Jenner was all about kid-friendly activities.
