New Rihanna is on its way. The pop star is steps closer to releasing her long anticipated album “Anti,” and sources say she’s treating delivery of the project like “making a baby.”
“It feels like the album will be out soon. She just revealed the art, so I think she may be ready,” said an insider.
Rihanna teased fans earlier this year when she released the singles “FourFiveSeconds,” featuring Kanye West and Paul McCartney, and “Bitch Betta Have My Money,” but those songs didn’t have the same radio success as her previous hits.
“She put those out because she was just feeding her fans,” said the insider.
Another music source told us Rihanna’s label Def Jam is eagerly anticipating the new songs.
“They’re beyond excited. It’s taken so long because she’s a complete perfectionist. She’s treating this record like, ‘I’m going to make a baby.’ She hasn’t put out [a full album] in a couple of years, so she’s going to come really strong with this one.” We’re told she’ll likely debut her new material when she performs at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Nov. 10.
