Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), General Muhammadu Buhari, has been officially declared winner of the March 28 election, which was conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Buhari won the election with 15,424,921 followed closely by Jonathan with 12,853,162.
The declaration was made by INEC chairman Prof Attahiru Jega around 3:30am(Nigerian time) Wednesday morning.
