With today, June 30th, being the initial deadline and many bank customers still not had their Bank Verification Number (BVN) and no clear process to accommodate customers in diapora who still have their Nigeria bank accounts, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has extended the deadline for the BVN registration till October 31st, 2015.
