Kim Kardashian's Selfie Pose to Be Immortalized in Wax at Madame Tussauds

Beauty eventually fades, but a selfie-taking wax bust is forever. You'll all soon be able to take a selfie with Kim Kardashian. Well, sort of.
Queen of selfies Kim Kardashian, who literally wrote the book on how to properly capture yourself in a snapshot, will soon find her legacy of pride totally immortalized, as Madame Tussauds has announced that Kim—who’s already featured in the museum’s catalog—will get an updated version added to the company’s inventory.

The Kim K. wax figure that Madame Tussauds will install next month in its London museum will not only be posed so that guests can sidle up next to the reality star, but will feature a fully functioning cellphone camera in her fake hand.
The display will also be in keeping with Kardashian's "three-image rule, which dictates you should never take more than three images in the same location" – the figure will be in front of a constantly changing backdrop.

“When we were thinking about how we should portray Kim here at Madame Tussauds London, it quickly became obvious it had to be taking a selfie,” the general manager of the company’s London branch, Edward Fuller, told The Hollywood Reporter.
The site says that the artificial Kim, which will find “life” in July, will serve as an interactive exhibit that will invite fans to cozy up beside the figure and take a selfie with her. Still, to ensure the routine doesn’t get bland, THR notes that a rotating backdrop will routinely switch out settings so that each pic is a bit different than the last.
