Can you believe how much Giuliana and Bill Rancic's son has grown in the last few months, doesn't he look like he's almost the same size as the "Fashion Police" star?! I can't help but notice how the E! News star keeps shrinking by the day and this has people talking. Some have said she has a lot going on on her inside that now shows on the outside.
It's nice that the Rancics still make time between their busy schedules to play in the park with Duke! But Giuliana needs to take time and take good care of herself as the spotlight is now on her continuously shrinking body size.
