The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion is scheduled to be filmed this Friday and Bravo is bringing additional security to prevent a repeat of last year’s on-set brawl.
The reunion, which will be filmed in Atlanta on Friday,will have a lot of security. Big burly men will be off stage, ready to intervene at even the slightest hint of physical violence. Lol..This would be very needed considering that rate at hair pulling and purses flying during the actual reality show.
Last year, the reunion descended into chaos when Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams got into a physical fight that ended with Williams in jail.
Even though the brawl was ratings gold last year, Bravo got a lot of criticism for allowing that to even go down. The alcohol had been flowing and it was a disaster waiting to happen.
This year, the taping is expected to last at least eight hours, if not longer. Not included in that timeline is hair and make-up, which is expected to take two hours for each cast member.
No alcohol will be allowed at the reunion, a departure from previous years.
Producers have drawn a very hard line in the sand, and have reached out to each of the ladies making it very clear there will be no violence tolerated,” an insider previously told Radar.
“The cast members will be required to sit in their assigned seats, and not allowed to get up until there is a break, or unless given permission,” the source continued. “Any deviation will result in immediately being removed from the filming, no questions asked!”
