Chris Brown's Stalker to be Charged With Three Felonies

Remember the woman who Chris Brown found sleeping naked in his bed (read here), she's set to be charged with three felonies. 

According to TMZ, Amira Kodcia Ayeb an aspiring Tunisian singer, who they identify as the suspect in question, will be charged in court for stalking, vandalism, and burglary. 

Brown, 26, arrived home on Wednesday night to find a naked woman in his bed, who allegedly believed she was his wife.

However, the 21-year-old is reportedly not being held on a 5150, a section of the California Welfare and Institutions Code which authorizes a qualified clinician or law enforcement officer to confine someone suspected of a mental disorder if they are believed to be a danger to themselves or others.

TMZ reports prosecutors are asking the alleged stalker's bond to be set at $220,000. The website also claims that the District Attorney's office has not flagged mental health as an issue in the case. 

Meanwhile, on Wednesday night Brown returned to his property in Agoura Hills, California only to make a shocking discovery after celebrating his birthday in Las Vegas. 

The Loyal hitmaker quickly sprung into action and called the police and the woman allegedly laying naked in his bed was taken into custody. 

Another report by TMZ claims that the woman, who they identify as an aspiring Tunisian singer, was originally being held on $50k bail by law enforcement.

The woman appears to have stayed in Brown's house since Saturday May 2 while he was away. A source told the gossip site that Ayeb boarded a bus from Texas last week saying she was on her way to see Brown. She sure was, Lol!
