Things between Tyga and Blac Chyna have been going downhill for weeks as both Chyna and her mom have been blasting Tyga and his underage girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, over their relationship. But now it’s being reported that Chyna has decided to take their battle to court because she allegedly wants custody of their son.
According to TMZ, sources say that Chyna hired a divorce lawyer last week and plans to file documents to request primary physical custody of their 2-year-old son, King Cairo. Chyna reasons that since King is starting preschool soon, she should have full custody so that he’s not bouncing around between homes.
However, the sources say that Chyna also wants to keep her son away from Jenner, whom she thinks is immature. Chyna doesn’t approve of Jenner’s relationship with her ex and she thinks that Tyga’s decision to be in a relationship with a minor is indicative of bad parenting skills.
Chyna is only willing to give Tyga visitation rights on the weekend. Ironically, Tyga initially planned to ask for full custody of their son when he and Chyna legally separated last year. However, he changed his mind and opted for joint custody.
But now it looks like Tyga is in for a fight to keep shared custody of his son.
