My 8 Simple Tips To Look Beautiful Without Makeup

Ok this is me with absolutely no make up on. Yeah i know i'm lucky, Lol! And i'm going to share my beauty regimen with you guys. If you were to ask any lady about that one thing in common which all women share, the answer would be easy to come by – Makeup! Right? And if your next question was to be ‘Do you have any skin problems?’ chances are most ladies would reply positively cause no one is perfect. But there are ways to reduce these worries and have clear beautiful skin.

While makeup is surely a woman’s prerogative, having beautiful skin is something we all aim for. And the good news is that you don’t always need makeup to look beautiful. Find it hard to believe? Well, here I’m going to give you 8 simple tips on how to look beautiful without makeup. Let’s start with your beautiful eyebrows. Look in the mirror and notice the natural shape of your eyebrows, if you over-plucked them, then try to grow them back (apply natural oils on your eyebrows every evening, i use olive oil, coconut oil or black jamaican castor oil) and then, shape your brows once and for all with the help of a professional or tweeze them to a nicely contoured shape.(Try learning on YouTube).
These are the things i do and i hope it helps you too.
  1. Drink Water: Definitely the first and most important trick is to drink plenty of water each day, since this glass of water will be way more beneficial to you than any makeup product you may choose to invest in. What i do is drink a tall glass of lemon water as soon as i wake up every morning. It also helps with bowel movement. And then i have a water bottle i kind of carry around, funny i know but i do it.
  2.  Moisturize: This should be every girl's mantra. Love your moisturizer, ladies. The more you keep your skin moisturized and nourished, the more you can prevent the arrival of wrinkles and dry saggy skin. Make sure you moisturize your face and neck region, as well as your hands and feet, as these are the areas that show your skin lacks moisture. Just find one that works for your skin type.
  3. Use A Face Wash:  Use a face wash every now and again to remove all dirt and pollution from your face and any traces of leftover makeup products as well. Washing your face daily, preferably once in the morning and once before going to bed, will help open up your pores and give your skin that fresh feeling.
  4. Use A Body Oil: I love oils, body oils, perfume oil, hair oils and all. For my body i use Bio Oil, it absorbs smoothly into the skin and leaves it glowing and smooth.Again find one which works for your skin type and won't clog your pores.
  5. Apply Sunscreen:  While we all know the benefits of using a sunscreen daily, most of us do tend to give it a miss, especially if we’re in a hurry and there’s not too much sun out there. This definitely is a skin-care and beauty disaster, as the ever-present harmful rays of the sun will continue causing damage to your skin. If you want to keep your skin looking naturally beautiful and healthy, you have to use the sunscreen daily; there’s just no other option.
  6. Hot Water With Lemon: Now try switching that cup of tea or coffee with a hot/warm cup of water and green tea with a dash of lemon. Having this first thing in the morning will flush out toxins from your body and will reduce chances of any skin sensitivities. This will also help keep your body stay hydrated and add that bit of glow to your skin. Because green tea has great antioxidants to fight free radicals that cause dull skin.
  7. Exfoliate: Regularly exfoliating your skin will ensure removal of dry and dead skin cells to reveal a clean and glowing skin.
  8. Exercise Exercise Exercise: I run at least once a week if i'm too lazy to do all thw other tummy work like planks and all. Endorphins are released when you exercise and not only does your body release "happy" cells, your skin will thank you for it.
And here are a few additional tips on how to look good without makeup. Follow these simple tips and beautiful skin will be yours to have!
-Don’t pick at pimples, spots or any other skin eruptions that you may have on your skin 'cause touching them will only leave dark spots and scars
-Do not rub your eyes excessively when taking off make up, it can lead to increased strain around the tender skin surrounding the eyes causing early wrinkles.
-Avoid drinking excess coffee or tea, swap it for green tea with a dash of lemon like i said earlier.
-Sleep well – at least 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep will work wonders for your skin
-Do not pluck your eyebrows excessively, instead use for tweezers and remove those unwanted hairs.
-Remove blackheads, either by scrubbing at home or visiting a beautician
-Bunk the junk food and eat healthy
-Include fresh fruits, vegetables and milk or milk products in your daily diet
-Go easy on the alcohol – it will help reduce any puffiness or belly fat
-Go for well-fitted clothes and avoid following fashion trends that does not suit you. Understand your own style and get comfortable in your own skin.

maybe the moisturizers u use obviously clog your pores. read the labels and be sure its non-comedogenic or better yet, try oils until you find the moisturizer that works for you
