Kylie Jenner to Splash $2.7million on New Home

Kylie has inked a deal to buy this 4,900 square foot house in The Oaks, an exclusive gated community in Calabasas and is ready to move out of her mother/manager's house.

The 17-year-old has made a lot of money on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and can afford the property worth $2.7 million which is a few blocks from her sisters, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian.

Kylie's alleged new house has five bedrooms, an enormous kitchen, and outdoor pool, a home theatre and is situated in an exclusive gated community. Kylie's proposed move comes just months after older sister Kendall's purchase of a $1.39million condo in Los Angeles. It's a little weird that a girl who is about to turn 18 and is big on the party scene is settling for a suburban, family neighborhood, 24 miles from the action of Hollywood.

In January, the reality was alleged to had moved into her rumored boyfriend, Tyga's California mansion even though is in denial of the story.
