Lady Gaga Performs Impeccable Sound of Music Tribute at Oscars 2015

Has anyone noticed how delectable Lady Gaga has become in recent times? She seems to look prettier without her usual queer dramatic looks. And did you see that eye popping ROCK on her ring finger while she performed at the Oscars, her engagement ring estimated at half a million dollars?
Engaged Lady Gaga performed an impeccable medley from The Sound of Music at the 87th Academy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 22, at the Dolby Theatre in L.A.
The songstress took to the stage singing a medley of songs including "The Hills Are Alive," "Edelweiss," and "Climb Ev'ry Mountain,"  "My Favorite Things" was also a part of Gaga's presentation her first official performance and appearance since her engagement to actor Taylor Kinney on Valentine's Day.

The 28 year old songstress sparkled as she displayed her musical chops, belting tunes from the beloved film as she captivated the entire Dolby Theatre audience, including none other than Julie Andrews. The Sound of Music original star walked out on stage prior to presenting the award for Best Original Score, and thanked "dear Lady Gaga" for her sweet rendition. "It really warmed my heart, it really did," Andrews told the crowd.
Ahead of her performance, Gaga shared several behind-the-scenes photos of herself prepping for her big moment at the 2015 Oscars.

As for whether her new fiance was there to witness her performance? The Chicago Fire hunk watched his fiancee's performance from home, as she revealed on the red carpet. "He's adorable," she noted of her future husband. "He's been wonderfully supportive... Hi honey, he's been watching from TV."
