Now i see why the security personnel made a huge effort to have the press around delete the pictures and videos they had of the great fall, lol. He's 90 years old going on 91 on the 21st of February people..it is a normal occurrence that he might slip every now and again.

Efforts by the security services to rid all photographs and videos of Robert
Mugabe falling have been futile since memes of this great fall has spawned a life of their own online.
After appearing to miss a step outside Harare airport, where he had been speaking to supporters, Mugabe’s security team was quick to step in, surrounding the president and helping him the rest of the way to a parked limousine.
Some of the press photographers who captured the scene said they were forced to delete their pictures by security personnel.
But any attempts to control the media’s attention to this particular
incident were in vain. The pictures were picked up by news agencies
worldwide and a cut-out image of Mugabe’s tumble was soon turned into
memes and shared on social media using the hashtag #MugabeFalls.
Some imagined Mugabe running away from the security forces, others made jokes about the panic among his staff as he fell over.
